The Georgetown office offers our guests a number of convenient services. It is located in the heart of the city at Lot 90 A Carmichael Street, North Cummingsburg. Guests who wish to make face to face dialogues with one of our representatives can visit the office where they can do the following:

- Confirm a reservation by making a payment and obtaining receipts
- Choose a payment method: whether it is via a cheque, foreign currency, local currency or credit card
- Specify transportation requirements
- Specify dietary preferences
- To discuss details of specialised needs, to make special requests to ensure the trip is well planned and to gather more information firsthand about the resort.
- In cases where guests leave personal belongings at the Resort and returns to the city, then we send the item to the Georgetown Office at the earliest possible time and have the belonging returned to the owner (this is based on the guest location) at a time that is convenient to the guest.
Feel free to visit the Office for a personal chat with our representative from Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm.
